大阪大学大学院 国際公共政策研究科主催のFuture Global Leaders Campに5名の2年生が応募し、2泊3日の厳しい研究合宿をやりきりました。 Five sophomores applied for the Future Global Leaders Camp held by Osaka School of Public Policy (OSSIP), and they successfully went through the rigorous research training camp of two nights and three days.
全国から集った高校生とともに、国際問題と経済発展問題に関する講義を英語で受けたあと、８つの班に分かれてテーマ設定をし、調査し、プレゼン発表にまで持っていくという知的にハードな課題に取り組みました。 After the lecture about international affairs and economic development in English, students were divided among other high school students from many parts of Japan into eight groups. Each group set a research theme, researched and presented. This activity was intellectually-challenging for students, and it was a meaningful experience.
最終日は、研究のプレゼンテーションを行い、その後、大阪大学大学院 国際公共政策研究科の松繁教授から修了証書をいただきました。 On the last day of the camp, the students presented their research with students from other high schools. After the presentations, they recieved the certificate of completion of the course from Professor Matsushige of OSSIP.
参加した生徒は、国際政策に興味を持ち始めて校内の年度末発表会で代表発表をしたり、選抜されてニューヨーク研修に参加したりしました。 One of the senri students became interested in international policy and presented his research in Senri Festa, Research Fair of Senri high school, as a representative. Meanwhile, other students were chosen as members of New York Visit.
